NEW SPACE PORTUGAL took part in the “Portugal Country Showcase” session, curated by the Portuguese Space Agency at Space-Comm Expo, in London.
In a dynamic and insightful session highlighting Portugal’s role in space innovation, our Executive Director, Emir Sirage, emphasised how Portugal is shaping the future of space through cooperation and interoperability, both nationally and internationally.
From advances in Earth Observation satellites to downstream applications creating new products and services, Portugal is contributing to Europe’s space autonomy while driving technological progress. One of the key messages New Space Portugal shared with the audience was that the country must seize today’s opportunities to establish itself as a leading player in the rapidly growing space economy.
